Sweat rises to the skin’s exterior through pores and evaporates when it hits the air, keeping you cool. Sweat serves a lot of purposes. It assists as a barometer of effort, an indicator of stress, a measure of health and also a life saver because if sweating hadn’t been there, we would have perished.

Sudden heavy sweating can be a sign of heart attack. It’s also associated with metabolic issues, cancers, menopause or certain disorders.
But don’t worry. No one ever sweat to death.
Sweating can be a consequence of many reasons, be it diabetes, alcoholism or even cancers. But the opposite is not true. When you stop sweating, the body cannot find a sudden way to cool down. Hence, it might be fatal.
Deodorants and Antiperspirants
These products are used to reduce body odor caused by sweat and bacteria. But if you don’t wash
your clothes or wear clean clothes, they aren’t going to help.
Home remedies for reducing sweat:
Apple cider vinegar, baking soda or even potato slices are the best cures for sweat and perspiration. All you’ll need is to drink a concoction of apple cider vinegar half an hour before or after a meal or on an empty stomach. Or you can opt for applying potato slices to your underarms.
